The other day Tyler came up to me with the idea that he wanted to make a lemonade stand . Unfortunately, we didn't have any lemonade so he decided on some "Tang". Somehow he convinced Makenzie to get in on the plan and together they set out to try to make some money. It started out as just Tang and honestly, I thought Mike and I would be the only customers. But apparently 10 cents a cup and 5 cents a refill sounded like a good deal to our neighborhood kids because soon they were swarming the stand. That's when Tyler came in and told me he needed some cookies and brownies to sell. Hours later he and Makenzie had sold all their cookies, brownies and Tang to 41 customers each making over $6. Not bad. Unfortunately, now Tyler thinks he wants to set up a stand every week selling different things.
We'll see what he comes up with next.
