Since we're getting closer to moving, we've been trying to let the kids visit all their friends one more time. Here they are at Aunt Kimber's house. They had such a fun time sitting together in the front yard eating their ice cream. Every time I peeked outside they were giggling about something else. Tyler is certainly going to miss his cousin, Cooper.

Your kids are so adorable!! This is Brittany (Fuller) Macbeth, I was a good friend of Mike's in high school and you and I knew each other while living at Raintree in Provo. I came across your blog through a sort of six degrees of separation from other friends and family blogs. I hope it is okay to leave a comment. I read that you are moving to San Jose soon, we live in Emeryville, CA only about 40 minutes from San Jose. Mel, I am so sorry to hear about your father. I hope that the treatment goes well and I am SO GLAD that you will be there with them during that time as well as moving closer to them!!! What a blessing during such a hard hard time!! Let me know if you need anything--also since we will be closer to you out there, let me know when I am also able to help better! I hope that your trip out there went well and you have an idea where to go!! Good luck with all the moving stuff--I am not looking forward to that! We will be moving for sure, Ryan starts in May but I won't be out there till we find a place!! Love ya, Laura
